Planning Fee

 

How much does a wedding planner in Italy cost? Our full wedding planning service fee is typically 15% of your overall wedding investment.  A minimum fee of €6,000 + expenses applies. This reflects a complete, start-to-finish service, supporting you from the earliest stages of venue selection through to the final moments of your wedding weekend.

For smaller celebrations, including intimate weddings and elopements, our fee structure varies slightly. Please get in touch to discuss your plans.

Expenses:

 

Travel and accommodation expenses are charged in addition to our fee, depending on your wedding location and the length of your celebrations. All costs are shared and agreed in advance — we always work with complete transparency.
