After many years working in London planning weddings and events, Kelly Hayes discovered something that changed everything: Italy. The light, the landscapes, the food, the pace of life—and most of all, the way Italians celebrate love—captured her heart.

In 2005, Kelly made the leap and founded Kelly Hayes Wedding Design in Italy, blending her UK-based event expertise with the warmth, beauty, and charm of her adopted home. Since then, she has helped couples from all over the world plan authentic, stylish, and deeply personal weddings across Tuscany, Umbria, Sicily, and beyond.

Today, Kelly and her handpicked team are known for creating bespoke weddings that reflect each couple’s story—never a template or a package. From intimate countryside elopements to grand multi-day celebrations, every detail is handled with care, creativity, and calm.
